You have 7 days from delivery to send an unused item back. Sleeve on. No pocket shine, no cracked print, no missing MagSafe ring.

We cover manufacturing defects for 12 months: delaminating print, failed magnets, cracked bumpers that weren’t dropped off a storey. Normal wear is not a defect — these cases live in Accra.

Start a return from your order reference on Track, or WhatsApp the desk. Refunds go back to the same MoMo / card within 5 working days after we inspect.

Originals are made in short runs. Exchanges depend on the next cut of that muse + device.
